CANCELLATION POLICY

All no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the appointments assumed total. To rebook, a deposit will be taken for the appointment of 50% of the assumed total and applied to your appointment. Cancellations, under 48 hours, for new and returning guest, will be required to pay 50% of the appointments assumed total. Cancellations, under 24 hours, for new and returning clients, will be required to pay 100% of the appointments assumed total. If arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged as a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. Extenuating or special circumstances will be considered and handled on a case by case basis.
